It also solidifies that you willingly agree to never attempt to hold or contribute in an attempt to hold The Celestial Cabin or its owner legally accountable in any regard whatsoever.

If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide any personal information to The Celestial Cabin or purchase anything from The Celestial Cabin without parental consent.

All purchases made from The Celestial Cabin are handled via PayPal, which is a reputable and internationally recognized online payment system. The Celestial Cabin strongly suggests that you read PayPal's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service prior to purchasing anything from The Celestial Cabin.

When you make a purchase from The Celestial Cabin, the address and contact information you provide is treated by The Celestial Cabin as confidential, although it will of course have to be shared with the postal service via package labelling for shipping purposes.

Pickup and local delivery is offered to customers in or nearby the Georgetown area, and tracked shipping is offered within Canada and to the US.

Shipping costs take into account the weight of the items you are purchasing, additional weight added from packaging supplies, and your shipping address in proximity to where The Celestial Cabin is located.

All orders from The Celestial Cabin are very carefully packaged to ensure protection from damage during shipment. Even with this effort being made, there is still always a chance of something getting damaged while on route with the postal service. Although this is not likely to happen, in the event that it does, The Celestial Cabin is not to be held accountable.

Orders are shipped out within 3 business days following purchase, unless you have requested and been approved by The Celestial Cabin to postpone shipping until a later date. Once your package has shipped, The Celestial Cabin will provide you with your tracking information.

Shipments travelling within Canada usually take 3 business days to get to their destination and shipments travelling to the US usually take 10 business days to get to their destination. Keep in mind that delays with delivery are always a possibility.

If your shipping information is different from what is set out in your PayPal receipt (which will be immediately emailed to you following your payment), please notify The Celestial Cabin immediately and provide the correct information. Otherwise, the name and address on your PayPal receipt will be the assumed information for shipping. If you do not contact The Celestial Cabin to correct this information soon enough and your package has already been shipped out by the time you do get in touch, The Celestial Cabin is not to be held accountable.

Once your package has shipped, The Celestial Cabin is no longer responsible for it by any means whatsoever. The Celestial Cabin is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or damaged shipments, wayward orders, or customs fees.

The Celestial Cabin has a no refunds, returns, or exchanges policy. All sales are final, no exceptions.
